GrowliChat dot one and other Growl stuff

There is always a bug and always something you can do better.

The first version of GrowliChat I posted Friday didn't really work well with Rendezvous Chatting, it would force iChat to start and had some small bugs. This new version won't be perfect, but better.

I also took a look at the Mail Notification Script that came along with Growl and tried to include User Icons in the notification.
